I placed an order for delivery for the hotel we are spending the weekend at for our 6th anniversary, and my florist failed. I called Flores de Crystal and Gustavo completely bailed me out at the very last minutes knowing they were closing soon for the day. It's nice to see business like Flores de Crystal put an emphasis on service and Gustavo didn't make it a big deal, but it was definitely a big deal to me. Thanks for saving me Gustavo!
